They don’t deserve a star I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The staff clearly don’t know how to speak to customers in a professional and respectful manner. When I raised an issue, the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or resolve the problem, they were rude and dismissive. It felt like they simply didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Good customer service should involve listening, understanding, and treating customers with respect, but unfortunately that was not the case here. Overall, the experience was frustrating and left a very negative impression. I hope the business takes customer service more seriously in the future and provides proper training to their staff. I have no problem with the food if it comes yesterday I waited 20 minutes. It was cold. The box was all battered. It didn’t look appetising at all. I could see the man had lost his way which I asked him when he came. I normally buy from Mr. Code, but yesterday was a really bad experience where I had to put it in the bin Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have used Mr Cod for years, ignoring closer fish and chip shops. The food is consistently good quality. The fish is always properly cooked, the chips likewise, the portion size is more than decent, and the service is efficient and polite. Regarding "atmosphere", it's a fish and chip shop not a Soho restaurant. The staff are friendly enough and polite and get on with the job. Less waiting around. I will continue to use Mr Cod.
