I had ordered a wrap and it was all black overcooked and the staff out there over the counter was rude. Didn’t even replaced the food nor gave the refund back. I would never ever recommend This place again. They don’t know how to handle when the customer complains. Very bad food experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

I ordered a collection, assuming that meant I’d get my food once it was ready. I showed my phone when I arrived, and was told “20 minutes sir” and directed to a tiny corner. My order was simple just two burgers, yet I had to wait about 35 minutes because they completely forgot about it. When I reminded them, it took another 10 minutes for them to make the burgers properly, with staff shouting foreign cuss words and commands during the wait. ("MEGA burger! MEGA!") The food itself was disappointing... the chicken burger was dry, and the chips didn’t even taste like chips. This place used to be good, but quality has clearly declined for a few years now. Please, do not go here. they really need to shape up. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The chicken fillet is paper thin in the burgers - portions are tiny but yet they’re more expensive than the other Mr Cods - Go Whitley street instead!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: £10–20
