Szkoda, jedzenie tutaj nie jest warte umiarkowany ceny, jak odwiedzający wskazują. Na pewno polubisz tę spektakularny Atmosfera. Ale ta fast food został oceniony poniżej średniej przez Google.

Very bad customer service. The lady at the front counter was always rude. She doesn’t have manners when speaking to customers. Today, I just asked for sauce with my chicken wings, and she was very rude. I always go there, and the other staff are nice, but whenever she is working, she behaves like she doesn’t want customers in the shop. She said very rudely, “Heni nai de sakdi, I can’t give.” I felt so embarrassed in front of other customers, especially because I asked her very politely. She needs more customer service training.like if we spend money buying more than enough whats her problem to give the saucelike never wana go there but thats my favourite shop

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a takeaway. I called beforehand to place an order for collection and specifically asked for sauces to be included in the bag. The woman on the phone was rude and dismissive from the start. I arrived 30 minutes later expecting my food to be ready, only to find that it hadn’t even been prepared. Meanwhile, staff were standing around chatting while customers were left waiting. I then had to wait another 20 minutes in the shop, meaning a total wait of around 50 minutes for a chicken steak burger and 6 chicken wings. The problems didn’t stop there. I paid extra for sauces and was later told I had to pay again. Despite being charged 2 times I still didn’t receive any sauces in my bag. I also paid extra for cheese in the burger, but there was no cheese in it when I got home. When I tried to raise these issues, I was met with a poor attitude rather than an apology. 1 male staff member denied I had been charged for the cheese despite the charge being on the order and the interaction became confrontational. What made the experience even worse was the way staff behaved towards customers. My friend is a regular customer and recognised some of the staff. Staff appeared to be talking about her amongst themselves in another language which she was able to understand. She found the comments offensive and upsetting. No customer should feel uncomfortable, mocked or disrespected when simply trying to buy food. Between the excessive waiting time, missing items, being charged for things we didn’t receive, rude customer service, and the overall hostile atmosphere, this was an absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. The only positive thing I can say is that the tall man with glasses was polite and professional. Unfortunately, one member of staff being courteous cannot make up for everything else that went wrong. I will not be returning, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Price per person: £10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
