I did not have a good experience with Mr D's. The food had a cardboardy taste/texture and was quite stale, it's very apparent this food was either frozen or left out for a while before being served. Our order arrived cold and I have heard similar things from others. Patty tastes rubbery. This place is worse quality than McDonald's with a higher price, just doesn't seem to be a good option. Apologies you did not have a good experience with Mr. D’s. The problem with all delivery platforms is they tell us when to cook the food but, occasionally, the courier is late collecting the orders. We do our best to keep food warm but we can only do so much. I think you would have a far better experience if you can call in the shop directly, but I appreciate that is not always possible . We have been trading for 44 years so must be doing something right. !

Awful. I ordered from Uber eats. They didn’t put all my order in. When I phoned them they said I’d have to come and get the rest myself or talk to Uber eats about a refund. I asked why they couldn’t do something as it was there mistake and they were just rude. Food wasn’t nice either. Never ever will return.
