A great enclosed place to relax right in the middle of the, often busy, Hill Street Centre. My latte was provided first, very quick and professional with a heart in the coffee which is a nice finishing touch, tasted great. When I was handed the cutlery for my breakfast the staff knew immediately to replace a knife which had not come out clean and promptly changed it without me even noticing it first. The food was great in all respects, nice and fresh, strangely enjoyed their seeded brown toast and butter the best. It's not the tastiest breakfast I've had but I wasn't going to award a great breakfast with no complaints 4 stars. I llike the way it doesn't come with black pudding. The giant mushroom is out of this world. Staff were nice as usual when I frequent here. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Asian sever was extremely rude. Absolutely no customer service, completely through me off buying the food from there due to her horrid attitude. Edit: being falsely accused of attempting to eat a Greggs at the restaurant is completely unacceptable. I went to the counter to buy a muffin and enjoy it, and the customer service I received was awful. Clearly the same attitude is shared by all staff members. Apparent by their reply. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am sorry that you were unable to eat your Greggs take out in our café, Mellissa was doing her job. You were not our customer, no food or drink so she was right to ask you to leave and your revenge is this 1 star, thanks
