I had a phenomenal experience at Munchies (London Road) thanks to Bhumika. From the moment I called to place my order, she was incredibly professional and polite over the phone. When I arrived for collection, her humble attitude and kindness were even more impressive. She took the time to tell me about their Ramadan offer, which included a free milkshake with the Munch Box. I went with the Millionaire Milkshake, and it was excellent. It’s rare to see someone handle customer service with such grace and genuine care. If the owners are reading this, Bhumika is a massive credit to your team and deserves 100/100 for her hard work. As someone who appreciates great service, I’ll definitely be coming back. ALEX IS A ICON he deserves the world. So many visits here and he truely looks after all guests. Always checking everything is okay. And being friendly.
