PLEASE BE AWARE — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had getting food in Basildon. The attitude of the staff taking orders was absolutely shocking. There was no basic customer service, no friendliness, and hardly any attention given to customers.The worst part was when my food was served. The man literally threw/slid the food towards me across the counter instead of handing it to me properly. I had also asked for a can of drink, and that was simply slid over to me. It was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I was paying for my food , but the way I was treated made me feel like I was begging for food for free. Nobody should be made to feel like that when they are paying for a service.This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. It’s honestly a shame for Basildon. I definitely won’t be supporting this shop again, and I would seriously think twice before going there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
