Tried not to give five stars and everything so that people would find it more believable but the service was fantastic. The food was very delicious and we went early so the atmosphere was lovely and there are several different atmospheres you can put yourself in there. It's a very interesting place. Just go! We celebrated my husband’s milestone birthday at Nodo Hillcrest, and it could not have been a better choice. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our main server, I believe his name was Ephrim, went above and beyond to make sure every one of our 23 guests was looked after. He was attentive, warm, and genuinely seemed to care that everyone was having a wonderful evening. The entire support team was just as friendly and cheerful, creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our celebration. The food was absolutely outstanding. The Caesar salad, calamari, meatballs, pasta, and pizza were served as appetizers, and every single dish was delicious. Then came the main courses—and the braised beef rib deserves a special mention. It is, without question, the best braised beef rib I’ve ever had. I’d lay money on that! By the end of the meal, no one had room for dessert, but the staff thoughtfully packed up 23 tiramisus for everyone to take home. They also carefully packed all of our leftovers, which was such an appreciated touch. I had guests with celiac, peanut allergy and other assorted food sensitivities. Nodo staff carefully accommodated everyone beautifully. My guests were so impressed and appreciative. Planning a special event can be stressful, but Nodo Hillcrest made everything effortless. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail exceeded every expectation. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. If you’re looking for an incredible meal or the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, Nodo Hillcrest on St. Clair West at Arlington is truly outstanding. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
