Had an amazing experience at Nour! The service was fantastic from start to finish, and a special mention has to go to Dave, who gave us an exceptional experience. His service was genuinely 10/10 — friendly, attentive and extremely professional. What really stood out was how much he cared about our satisfaction. As soon as he noticed that my wife’s matcha wasn’t quite how she wanted it, he immediately went and had it changed without any hesitation. He made sure it was exactly to her liking, which really showed how much he valued the customer experience. Dave really went above and beyond, and that level of service makes such a difference. Huge credit to him and the whole team at Nour. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be coming back!
