I had an amazing experience at Nando’s thanks to Chel. She was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. I had a complaint, and Chel went above and beyond to help resolve it, making sure everything was put right and that I left completely satisfied. The staff at this restaurant are always helpful, but Chel truly stands out. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service are exceptional. Nando’s should be proud to have someone like her on the team and should definitely recognise the fantastic work she does. Chel is a real asset to the restaurant and a perfect example of what great customer service looks like. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience! At 14:00 on a Wednesday, the restaurant was empty so fast ordering, fast service. Staff attentive and polite. Restaurant was clean and food was as usual good and Saka sauce is back on the menu! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
