Dear Nando’s Team, I have been a loyal customer of Nando’s for years, but my recent experience has left me very disappointed. I understand that weekends can be your busiest times, but this should not excuse the rude behavior and poor service we encountered. We arrived and were waiting for a table. My mother politely asked for one of the staff to clean our table, but we were met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. To make matters worse, we noticed a family that came after us was allowed to cut ahead due to the lack of staff presence or direction for customers. This could have been easily avoided if there had been staff members directing traffic and managing the waiting area. We were fasting at the time, which made the wait even more difficult. When we were finally seated, the staff refused to allow us to order while we were waiting for our table to be cleaned, and the overall experience left us feeling disrespected. I understand that staffing shortages can create challenges, but customer service should never suffer as a result. We’ve been loyal customers for years, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and make necessary improvements to both staff organization and customer service, particularly during peak times. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
