Me and my cousin came to Nando’s to eat and relax, and we were welcomed with a great smile as soon as we arrived. When we ordered at the till, Christian was very polite and quick to take my order. Great customer service and a really nice atmosphere, we’ll definitely be coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Leaving this review mainly because of Adriel (if I caught his name correctly), along with the rest of the team, but he really stood out as our first point of contact. I came in on a Saturday afternoon with a couple of friends, right in the middle of a major protest in the area. Despite everything going on outside, the restaurant was still open and running smoothly, which was impressive in itself. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well-managed. We expected delays due to how busy and chaotic things were outside, but that wasn’t the case at all. The food arrived quickly, was fresh, and tasted great, exactly what you’d hope for. What really made the visit memorable, though, was the service. Adriel was clearly busy, handling multiple tables, yet he remained calm, attentive, and professional throughout. He wasn’t over the top, just genuinely doing his job well and making sure everyone was taken care of. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed. Overall, a great experience thanks to both the quality of the food and the excellent service from the team. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was my second try at Nandi's. I tried yesterday at the Oxford street location. I ordered half chicken and a charred corn, it was a takeaway. Food was good and flavorful. I notice that I was over charged and a tax line item 20% was added extra. I ordered same items at the Oxford street location, same menu prices, no extra charges or 20%. Though the amount is small, little over 5 dollars, felt cheated and did not leave any tip. Only cautious note!! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
