The Octopus balls were absolutely amazing~crispy on the outside while staying soft and fluffy on the inside, creating the perfect contrast in texture.l~ I tried the milk tea with tapioca before, and it was just as impressive~The rich brown sugar flavor was perfectly infused into the tapioca, giving each bite a deep, caramel-like sweetness~The pearls had a wonderfully chewy, bouncy texture yet were still easy to bite through.
