This was our first time to the restaurant. Free parking below. The restaurant is decorated beautifully - moody. Love it! Our servers were excellent. We had the pomodoro crostini's, shared the Caesar salad and we each had a pasta dish. I had the Carbonara and my friend had the Agnolotti filled with Butternut squash. Everything was Delicious!!! The all gender individual bathrooms were nice. I liked that they had both soap and hand cream - nice touch. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$50–60 Dietary restrictions: I heard the server say they had a gluten free menu.

I went here for my brother’s 18th birthday and it was amazing! My server Faith was so attentive and friendly and ensured we had a good time. The food was amazing and the portions were larger than expected but i will say it’s a little on the spicy side.They also gave my brother some very yummy gelato on the house for his birthday. Great restaurant especially if you want to enjoy good food and take some awesome photos!! Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been to Nero several times and love the atmosphere. Our experience last night (Friday May 1) was quite disappointing solely due to the waitress (forget her name but short blonde girl in the bar area). Food was amazing as always, service was HORRIFIC. My bestfriend and I were out celebrating and specifically chose Nero to order our favourite passionfruit martini drink. We both ordered it and when it arrived at the table instead of having the fresh passionfruit in the drink there was a lime wedge. I kindly asked our server if they were out of passionfruit today and she said “No we don’t make it with passionfruit in the bar area - only the restaurant”. This made no sense as it is the same attached restaurant? Not to mention we always sit in the bar area and order this drink and the other servers have had no problem getting it made properly the past. I kindly said that I’ve had it with the passionfruit in the bar area several times before- and she was very dismissive stating “Oh I think it’s changed then”. She didn’t offered to get us anything else instead or ask if it was still okay- basically said too bad so sad. Terrible customer service. It would’ve taken her 2 seconds to go to the main bar and grab us the passionfruit garnish to put in our drinks- but she made it clear she did not care whatsoever that we were unimpressed with the drink. I was genuinely shocked at her attitude - as I was a waitress for several years and would never speak to a guest in the tone she was. If she would’ve warned us it wasn’t made the same in the bar prior to ordering that would be a different story - Instead she let us order the drink, then brought it with incorrect ingredients and then made it seem like we should just be happy with it. I consider myself both a Bianco and Nero regular but I’m genuinely not interested in coming back to this restaurant if this is the caliber of waitressing staff hired at these establishments. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CA$70–80
