We initially complained on the first occurrence of raw chicken. The replacement was equally raw, the response from staff was to tear the chicken off the bone, with difficulity I hasten to add, from our dishes (great customer service) and advise it was cooked despite its red colour. Not ideal, in hind sight and I felt I should not have complained and just paid for the complacent raw white meat but I have to work tomorrow and the whole experience belittled me. I will not return in an circumstance and their aggresive service suggests they do not care about customers.
