Such a let down!! 1st time I ordered and food came after 1hr 50 of ordering. Slow service. No offer of refund or free food. Food was way too salty. Jalapeños were in the noodles, which was not mentioned at all in the description. I hate spice :( Would have asked for them to be taken out otherwise. Won't be ordering from Noodle Shack again. Very disappointed. At least expected decent food after waiting ages

just eat really played up tonight and noodle shack acted in the most amazing way by personally delivering and ringing to keep us updated and so many apologies, this was my first time ordering and I was unsure as I'm very picky but wow the food was amazing will defo be ordering again
