The Brantford Noodlebox location has entered my regular lunch rotation. I have ordered from this location 15 times in the past 7 months, and I keep going back because the food is consistently delicious, the service is terrific, and it is always available *fast*. The portion sizes are generous - one bowl is a good lunch size. Additionally, they do a fantastic job with allergies. The Gluten Free options are clearly labeled and immensely varied. My go-to order is now the Honey Garlic Box with Double BBQ Char Siu Pork, Mild/Medium, with Rice Noodles: this is all GF!! I've also really enjoyed the Yangzhou Fried Rice Box, but once I found the Honey Garlic Box it was game over; this order is on repeat forever. Really happy with the service as well, when I ran into an issue (once) with the online ordering system, the folks in the store listened to my concern and reported it, and by the next time I ordered it was fixed! The staff also take care to notice their customers; after repeat visits they now recognize me and are quick to hand me my order, which is always ready fast after ordering. One of my new favourite take-out options in the Brantford area. Strong recommend. Likewise, plentiful Vegan options with a clearly labeled menu!

If you haven't tried Noodlebox Brantford yet, you are missing out. The flavor is incredible—easily the best food I’ve tasted in a long time. Beyond the food, the service is unmatched. Dhruv genuinely has the best customer service skills in Brantford, making you feel valued the moment you walk in. Owner Jay has built a great team and a fantastic vibe here. Highly recommend! I had such an incredible experience at Noodlebox, and I truly felt the need to share how impressed and grateful I am. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and full of positive energy. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining such a great environment for customers. The food itself was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Teriyaki Box and added my own choice of protein, and everything was cooked to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and exactly how I wanted it. Every bite was satisfying, and it honestly exceeded my expectations, especially for my first visit. What made this experience even more memorable was the outstanding customer service. Maunik went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He was extremely patient, took the time to walk me through the entire menu, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was tailored to my preferences. It never felt rushed, and I really appreciated the genuine effort to make sure I was comfortable with my order. On top of that, they even checked in afterward to see how my food was, which shows a level of care that you don’t always see. Every employee I saw was friendly, professional, and had a smile on their face, which made the whole experience even better. This visit exceeded expectations in every way. For a first experience, everything felt welcoming, well done, and thoughtfully put together. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends and family!
