I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Jessica, and I can confidently say that her customer service was nothing short of outstanding. Jessica was welcoming, professional, and genuinely engaged. She took the initiative to provide helpful information regarding the menu and ensured I felt confident about the meal recommended. Her communication was clear and friendly, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. The food was outstanding from start to finish, every dish was beautifully presented so hats off to the chef. First time visiting however will definitely be popping in more, 10/10. The Norman Inn is welcoming and hospitable, the staff are friendly and attentive, good seating, atmosphere and delicious food. We're were served by Jess and they gave impeccable service. Always here when I need a good meal. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
