We visited North Restaurant while on vacation in Toronto and had a great experience. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal. A special thank you to our server, Arash — he was extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming, and made our experience even better. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommended! The quality of food is worse every day and they serve your food with a significant delay and in summer the weather inside the restaurant was like Sunna which was bothering me. I never go to this restaurant again and recommend not to go.

What a disappointing experience. I visited this restaurant with a friend, and during this time, I cannot eat any carbs (rice) so I kindly asked for the Koubideh dinner, no rice, and with an extra beef kebab skewer (so 2 skewers, no rice and salad which we ordered separately). Instead, they brought me TWO Koubideh dinners (each plate with 1 skewer and the rice on the side). When I told them I didn't order two dinners, they said they cannot add an extra skewer and remove the rice, and since I wanted two skewers, it would have had to be two dinners. So why did you not tell me this when I was ordering? Every restaurant can provide an extra skewer and charge $6-7 for it. Instead, I had to pay for two dinners! I won't be returning here, it felt very sneaky, so they can sell me two dinners. My friend and I won't be returning here, as she was the one who suggested this place and was embarrassed.
