A really cute and modern pub with nice nibbles. I had the garlic parm fries and hot honey halloumi fries, both were pretty decent. It was nice and quiet on the Sunday evening I went, overall a cute place to catch up with friends over a few drinks. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Looking at all the 5 star reviews, I had to double check I was actually in the right place. Maybe just a bad experience but the guy behind the bar was really unfriendly, didn't say a word to me, even when asking a question he just nodded, really hate people like this, if you don't like your job, quit. The food came and it looked tasty... wrong, never had such a salty burger in all my life, if I was not so hungry after a long day I would have left the whole thing, every bite was disgusting, even the pint I washed it down with was below par. Place was absolutely empty, I wonder why! Take your hard earned money elsewhere where they actually value their customers and avoid the going nowhere tavern. The best burgers we have ever tasted! I saw the reviews but had reservations that the burgers could be as good as everyone said.... They are without doubt the best burgers I have ever tasted. We visited on a Friday night and experienced an amazing blues, funk band, just amazing!!! What a find! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
