Number 24 hosted my wedding reception last weekend. Everything was perfect, from the hot Mexican buffet for the wedding breakfast and the spicy margarita's as an entrance drink to how the day was handled including being let in to set up how I wanted early in the morning and the staff who worked the whole day being super friendly and helpful. Could not fault the team or venue. Sarah was fab from the beginning when we said we wanted an informal wedding party after our townhall wedding. Coming up with ideas for the food and what timings might work best. If I was to get married again I’d use them again in a heart beat. Thank you all at number 24 for making our day so special. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could, I would give a zero!!

Absolutely disgusting place, firstly it was like sitting in a freezer!!
Myself and my friends decided to have a lunch as the place looked quite nice. We were the only table that they needed to serve! Waiter brought my burger really fast, I think 5 min after ordering, half way through eating the burger I’ve realised the meat was raw!! When I took my burger to show the waitress she wasn’t even sorry and she asked if I want another one but didn’t even offer a refund! My friends still didn’t get their food! They’ve waited about 40min!! When my friend got his burger the meat was RAW AGAIN!!!
I’m pretty sure we heard microwave going just before the burger was served!
The manager there didn’t even say sorry, just looked really angry when she needed to do our refunds!!!
The only person who was nice and polite was the guy with black hair, you are too good to work there.

Me and my family decided to eat here due to its convenient location but I wish I had read the reviews before making this decision. The management here is appalling to say the least. Rude and sarcastic, after complaining to the waiter that our food was over cooked (food that we waited over 40 minutes for) we were met by a seemingly agitated manager that insisted that we were in the wrong to complain and should choose food of the menu that we are familiar with. Never in my life have i met such an ill mannered service industry MANAGER. I will never be returning here and would advise anyone reading this to follow suit.
