The location seems to be the only good thing about this hotel. I am writing this review while staying on my last night here because of how inconvenient our stay was. Our initial room was tiny but not horrible or uncomfortable. The bathroom was okay as well. However on our second day there, we were out all day and came back to a puddle in the bathroom because the ceiling was leaking. Management gave us another room on the same floor which was nice , but this room’s bathroom was worse. I don’t know why there’s no mention that there are wet bathrooms because if I would have known before I would have never booked this hotel. Secondly, there is no hot water at all. Like the warmest the water goes to is cold still. Lastly, there is definitely some plumbing issue because the bathroom stinks. It stank as soon as we entered the room and when there is no trash or anything in the room it stinks and it comes from the water. It’s very disappointing. Having an uncomfortable bathroom in a city like London is a big con and people should be weary of this when booking this hotel.

Really enjoyed the Memoir Club. Had a convention there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice options of tea and coffee, food was nice and nicely presented. Would recommend.
