An overrated underwhelming glorified coffee shop (that had actually sold out of iced coffee) with DISGUSTING hygeine. Don’t bother The food was so underwhelming and disappointing, the chicken shawarma was absolutely white no seasoning whatsoever only a bit of black pepper. The patty melt had so much caramelised onions it was sweet, even the cheese dipping sauce no seasoning no flavour. The Harrissa sauce was the only thing with any bit of flavour The service was horrendous, teeny tiny glasses that are full with 2 ice cubes and such a long wait for food. The tables are so close together you cant even hear yourself think. They dropped cutlery on the table and some tissues the tables weren’t even set. Other customers around us were also complaining. The state of the bathrooms was ridiculous. Filthy and flooded with water. With a sign stating they are regularly cleaned they absolutely are not. I applaud having a prayer space but if you are not capable of having a clean area to do ablution its negated and ridiculous. Filthy!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £10–20

The whole place is just poor. The staff will have you waiting around, making excuses for menu items not being available. The food is abysmal, all these people leaving 5 star reviews definitely have no tastebuds. A shawarma wrap that doesn’t contain any shawarma chicken, just some weird peppered chicken. Very limited selection of drinks. Then there’s the toilet, I’ll let the video attached explain that side of things. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
