Absolutely delicious pizza. I love how you can see them freshly prepping the pies right behind the counter. Everything tasted so fresh. The crust had the perfect texture and was topped generously. I especially enjoyed the combination of spinach, red onions, and mushrooms. This is definitely my new go-to spot in Windsor.

Expensive for what it is. All the Pizzas were soggy and floppy. Pizzas had no taste. Not very flavorful,truffle pizza didn't taste like truffle at all...very oily pepperoni on pizza. Hot oil on table has no spice or taste. Salt and Pepper shakers haven't been cleaned in a long time..crusty. Staff was friendly. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This is my honest review and opinion of Oven 360: i went in and bought a personal pizza which was a size of 10 inches. I think that's a good size for a personal pizza considering some places consider "personal pizzas" to be around 6 inches. However, it isn't without the cost. The pie is $12 before any toppings or taxes. Toppings are am extra dollar for veggie toppings and $1:50 for meat toppings. I feel like this is way too much and considering the price of the pie, i definitely think it should at least come with one topping of your choice included as $12 is a lot for a 10" pizza. As far as the taste goes, this is really where i was let down. While the dough seems to be very clean and tastes rather good, especially with the way they cook it in the special oven, the pizza was simply way too thin. I decided to go with green olives on my pie which is what i usually have. But the toppings and cheese and sauce hardly had any flavor. Again the pizza was incredibly thin too after cooking. Some parts of the pizza tasted better then others but in my opinion, it really did lack a lot of flavor. It felt like i was eating bread with a very weak hint of tomato sauce. And a tiny hint of green olives. Now, if this pizza was around the $6-8 dollar range i wouldn't be complaining too much. But $12 plus the extra dollar for some simple olives came out to just under $15 dollars after tax. I was very hungry at the time and i wanted to give Oven 360 a try as I've heard good things about it but unfortunately it's just not the pizza for me. Maybe if you added more/different toppings it would be more enjoyable but then that would further increase the cost of an already very expensive pie. I understand that they supposably use imported ingredients but i still personally think it shouldn't cost this much for such a small simple pizza. The place overall is nice though. The staff is very friendly and i like you they make the pizza and bake it in the oven in front of you in less then 5 minutes. I guess that's a positive with the type of oven they use is that it cooks very fast as opposed to traditional pizza restaurant ovens which typically make you wait 15+ minutes for a simple pizza of a similar size. And i did like the look and taste of the charring on the pizza. It does give it a slightly unique taste. But again the pizza (at least what i ordered) was not that flavorful and really lacked flavor in my opinion especially at the price they are asking. Would i eat here again? Honestly, me personally probably not. It's definitely not the type of pizza for me but some people might enjoy it. The only time i might eat here again is if i was out and didn't have any food on my me and was hungry which is basically what happened during my visit. I'd rather spend a bit more and actually eat something healthy that's made right in front of you rather than some other oily or very processed fast food. Again, this was my personal and honest opinion about oven 360. Some people might actually really enjoy this pizza but for me i just found out overpriced and severely lacking in flavor. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
