We come here often and usually enjoy the food and relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, I feel the need to share an honest review after the disappointing service my son and his friends received during a lunch celebrating the end of Grade 7. They were served an incorrect meal, received their drinks only after the food arrived, and were not given the opportunity to decide on the tip before it was taken. They left feeling upset and judged because of their age. Young customers who are paying for a meal deserve the same respect and attentive service as anyone else, without assumptions that they will not tip or will be difficult. This experience was especially surprising and disappointing from a restaurant we visit so often. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Kid-friendliness: Obviously not.

Avoid at all costs if you are disabled and use a service animal. The demand proofthat you are"de fective", and in which manner you ate "defective " or, not only will they not serve you, they will not even allow you to sit down. This is the farthest thing from an inclusive environment for people with disabilities who rely on service dogs that you can imagine. Save yourself humiliation, choose somewhere else.
