Hi Courtenay, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for both the service you received and the frustration this situation caused. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders placed directly through our restaurant, we made the decision to close our Uber Eats store on Sunday afternoon so we could focus on fulfilling the orders we had already accepted. We have since learned that your scheduled order, which had been placed earlier in the day, wasn't visible to us since our store was closed for the whole day. We completely understand how disappointing it is to plan your evening around a scheduled order only to have to make last minute alternative arrangements. We also want to apologize for your experience over the phone. Regardless of how busy we were, you should have been treated with patience. After reviewing what happened, we found that the employee who answered your call didn’t inform our kitchen about your cancelled order. Had our kitchen known, we would have done our best to accommodate your order despite the high volume of Father’s Day orders. We really appreciate your feedback and will try to improve the communication between our staff and how we manage our online orders during busy holidays. Thank you, Ocean Palace
