I stopped in at the Shops on Yonge food court at lunchtime, on my way to a client's office. I had been to this food court once before, it was not that busy then, and still not that busy today. There is space for about a dozen outlets, but maybe half are occupied, since the development is relatively new.
Today I decided to try the Indian cuisine choice: Ocean Palate. Unlike some food court places, where the food is pre-cooked and sitting in heated bins, this place heats your food to order. I chose the Butter Chicken, and had to wait about 5 minutes. It was worth the wait. The chicken was tender, and the sauce was savoury, with just enough spice for me. It came with a side of rice, which I ended up dumping into the container with the butter chicken. It was a filling, tasty meal.
