Their cake is so delicious! I brought a cake for my 1-year-old child. The decoration is beautiful. The cake is so sponge-like and the chocolate cream inside is so light and tasty! The choco crunches are my favorite! Even though you eat a lot, you won't feel too sweet or too full. Price per person: CA$80–90

I was truly impressed by Oh Cake! I designed a customized cake with horse, rainbow and sunshine themes using online pictures, along with Gemini (left picture). I expected a 70% match but Oh Cake completed it to perfection (right picture) at a reasonable price! They gave professional suggestions on how to make the cake more stable (move the heavier rainbow design to the bottom). In addition, the customer service on WeChat was super friendly and responsive. The strawberries in the cake were really fresh! Bonus: We also tried the salted egg yolk pork floss cake and it was yummy! It has a good mix of sweet and salty flavours, along with soft and stretchy textures. We also ordered a Pikachu cake from Oh Cake before. When I pointed out that one of the Pikachu pieces had a very small dark spot, they replaced the piece with no hesitation. Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$100+ Recommended dishes: Cakes

Follow @bredgyeats on IG for more food posts! Oh, such a delicate, pastel-pink cake that promises a bite befitting of its looks. The sponge itself is light and airy, with a faint chewiness. The frosting is notably not–too-sweet, suiting the tastes of Asians perfectly in a dual-tone swirl of white and blush icing. The crown of lychees brings a burst of gentle sweetness, pairing unexpectedly well with the herbal perfume of fresh thyme; the lychees also find their way between the layers of sponge together with a fruity berry jelly disc.
