Really enjoyed my visit to the Old Fire House. The garden is beautiful and a great place to sit with a drink, and the nachos absolutely hit the spot on a hot day. What stood out most was the service. Bartender was friendly, helpful without it ever feeling forced or awkward. The staff genuinely looked after me. Great atmosphere, good food, lovely outdoor space and genuinely excellent service. Exactly what I needed after a long day. Would happily come back next time I’m in Exeter. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20

I visited the Firehouse for the first time after living down the road for years. I was immediately impressed with the well maintained outside space and the cleanliness of the pub in general, inside and out. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, making some recommendations. The icing on the cake for me though was Gluten Free lager on tap, in addition to GF ale and GF pizza options (which looked delicious!!) All in all I think I’ve found my new local . Price per person: £20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: GF food (and drink) options available.

Went in on Saturday night on my first night in Exeter for around 7 years. World Cup quarter finals, it was busy but never a wait at the bar. Great atmosphere, to a point that my wife and I were very comfortable there in such a large crowd. Price per person: £30–40
