Have visited this local 5 star restaurant & bar in Chigwell - Barkingside - Hainault area on several occasions with a family and friends for celebrations and sports events. There are 2 TV screens, one large TV in the restaurant area perfect for observation of the football games/ World Cup matches, Eurovision song contests and another TV is in the bar area , therefore anyone can see the screens irregardless where you sit in the bar area particularly. We have spent the New Year's Eve celebration at the Old Maypole Pub - Restaurant with our family and we felt absolutely like VIPs with an excellent service from staff, quick and attentive response from young ladies serving a nice food from the new menu suitable for vegetarian and vegan clients. Very good choice of desserts , which is why we like to visit Old Maypole Family Restaurant sometimes just for tea and an ice-cream or a cake and we know the service will be outstanding. Very nice clean toilets/ lavatory area decorated by beautiful flowers always! The Accessible toilet is located in the perfect accessible central location of the bar- restaurant, which is very important from experience with our family member with an electric wheelchair. Good selection of tables suitable by height for a wheelchair user. We have confidently invited our family friends in the past from Essex, Hampstead, West London, Cambridge to visit this local restaurant for celebrations, karaoke and birthday parties and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend if you are looking for a stylish, comfortable local dining place in Essex and North- East London with a spacious parking area and a nice garden area on a beautiful sunny day for a perfect party with children and family. I am confidently giving today my 5 star service review because the Old Maypole Restaurant & Pub have become so nice and family friendly- great experience guaranteed. Thank you very much to the dedicated team and their wonderful manager Antonio for such great atmosphere and efforts each time we visit this restaurant! Dietary restrictions: The staff would always check regarding dietary requirements and any allergies. I don't have any dietary restrictions myself, except we do not consume pork and there are good options available in the new menu. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot, Free of charge street parking Parking: Nice chain of classy restaurants & bars in Essex and North- East London. Family friendly with a nice garden area for parties and anniversary celebrations. Kid-friendliness: Suitable for children of all ages , family friendly attentive staff. This local pub in 105 Fencepiece Road, Hainault,Ilford. IG6 Is a great place for locals to come together. The food is very good, the staff are polite and helpful and attentive. Thursday is Karaoke night every week from 9.00pm until 12.00am and trust me it's a great night
Just like Friday every week also which is DJ Disco night again from 9pm until 12.00am is a great night also .More people need to know about this great local pub
Plus every Monday called the Monday club selected beers ciders and Ales will cost £2.35 all day.

on Tuesday they do a Quiz night too and All Ales are also £2.35 all day.More people need to know about this great pub.Come on down
