From arriving and standing in queue to getting our food and leaving we were here for close to 2 hours for 3 drinks, 3 sausages rolls (both of which were sorted then) and 1 portion of chips and a hotdog which took nearly 45 minutes to arrive when it's basically the only thing on the menu. Go to the tea rooms. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Hugely disappointed with the food on offer. Considering that this eatery is located within One Garden, you would expect the food to be made from their produce. But, no, the boxed salads and sandwiches are made, apparently, by a company in Croydon! Visited mid-week and the only thing there that looked in any way made there was a quiche, which was expensive as you only got a small slice and no side-salad, etc. They claim on the website that cakes are made on the premises, but they did look mass-produced. Service was pretty poor - the 2 couples in front of me at the till both had to remind the server twice that an item they had ordered had been missed. It is a shame they only sell cakes and soup and prepackaged salads, and not home cooked lunches or meals or even made to order sandwiches. The value proposition is poor for food. Some hot, freshly made options in addition to soup would be really welcome, especially in winter. Even something simple like a toastie or jacket potato.
