Great hotel! Room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable!! Best thing was the location. It's walking distance from almost everything in the centre, but also close to multiple stations. Would definitely come back :)

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right by the River Thames and within walking distance of many of London's main attractions, including Soho, Buckingham Palace, and several theatres. The hotel itself is charming and set in an iconic building with plenty of character. I booked one of the larger rooms, which was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a bathtub. The hotel bar was also very cozy and a great place to relax in the evening. The service was good, although it was quite low-touch. Staff were friendly and helpful when approached, but there was very little proactive interaction, especially at check-in. There was also some traffic noise from outside, which may be worth considering if you're a light sleeper. Overall, it's a charming hotel in a fantastic location, and I would happily stay here again.

Afternoon tea at The Royal Horseguards Hotel & One Whitehall Place, London was a delightful! They were very accommodating to the dietary needs of our group. Service was excellent. Highly recommended!
