Must be different owners, really disappointed when i visited this evening (Friday). The cocktail i had was really not very nice, no music, or when there was it was 1 song sounding like it came from someone's phone. It just seemed a bit rough and not at all what it used to be unfortunately. It's also looking a bit tired. Such a shame because it really used to be great.

Hi I am very sorry you feel like this? I’m not a new owner I have had one world for three years? Can you tell me what time you came in and who served your cocktails and I will make sure They have the right training? We have live music tonight so maybe they were setting up im not sure but thanks so much for your feedback knowing what we are doing wrong gives us the chance to improve. We visited One World on 30/06/21. We travelled for the 2nd time from Gloucester to stay in a local hotel. We did this due to the fact that One World have regular musical events on which makes the experience reach another level of enjoyment. This was our 2nd time experiencing the Vinyl avengers and the reason we came again. A brilliant show. Recommend them. The hospitality to customers from the staff is superb . From the first greeting throughout the whole experience. The menu is small but the pizza was exceptional. The service is speedy and with very attentive staff. The ambience is delightful. Adjacent to the crazy golf with a beautiful setting surrounding the Cafe. This place is well worth a visit and definitely recommend the music events they just add to it.
