The staff here are so lovely, I love their pastries and coffee. I've booked for the world cup which they offer a great happy hour for. There's also food vendors outside selling streetfood and you can eat it here.

Really rude staff. I work just above this building and brought over some of our colleagues who were on a work trip to London. Whilst waiting for me and eating their own snacks at the outdoor seating area the staff came in with a really rude attitude saying “excuse me? Hello all good? Can I help. Please leave” in a very condescending behaviour instead of just saying “apologies outside food is not allowed” the irony is that I’ve sat here plenty of times with my own food even if I wasn’t a patron to this place, in fact that day there were people who also had their own food but were never once approached by the staff. I didn’t really want to get into the realms of racial bias but to me it sounded like the staff there was particularly targeting one group of people by speaking in such a condescending manner and code switching with others. If the leadership team here took time to read the review (which will be a surprise in itself), I seriously hope you consider an internal investigation Service: 1

We have recently introduced a street food market within the venue, and customers purchasing from these traders are welcome to use our seating areas as they operate as part of our offering. It is likely that the individuals you saw eating had purchased from these traders, which is why they were able to remain seated.We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to discuss this further with you.

One of the best around Lime Street (that's why the name One Under Lime). You can hear its music playing from more than a hundred yards away. Visitors, mostly in business suits, dance away the night with one hand in the air and other holding a drink. Drinks priced comparatively better than the Revolution nearby. You can hear the occasional punjabi tunes as well. Definitely a place to go back the next time I am there.
