Tried Only Pasta for the first time this weekend and ordered the lasagna — absolutely amazing! The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Friendly service, great quality, and delicious homemade taste. I’ll definitely be back! Food: 5

I've been going to Only Pasta for a few years and since the head pasta maker and senior staff quit, the product is not the same not is the customer service. They have young kids working front counter and they don't help the customers. They simple don't recognize the product. I was there this weekend and ordered a cheese lasagna. It was overloaded with spinach and ricotta. First I was told to come in as there was cheese lasagna available. Once I arrived a young man at the front said they were out. Shortly, thereafter, a lady came in and said there was one left. Once, I arrived home, I cooked it and when completed cooking, I noticed how much Spinach was in there. I reached out to the company and spoke to Bruno (the owner), who then asked me to bring it back in the most abrasive way. I took a picture to show him how overloaded the tray was with Spinach and ricotta. No mozzarella at all. When the product is cooked, why would one bring it back. He said, it can be frozen...Instead of receiving my concern with basic courtesy, the owner interrupted me, several times and stating "you're pissing me off" dismissed my feedback by repeatedly saying, 'there's always spinach in our lasagna and wouldn't even let me finish speaking". Spoke over me continuously! Everyone makes mistakes, I get it, However, I will not be going back there again. Atmosphere is chaotic, staff is unaware of their product and customer service is now terrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Only Pasta Inc is a hidden gem! The pasta is always fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. A must-visit spot for pasta lovers! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
