Ordered salt and pepper chips and chicken it had a horrible after taste like the oil wasn’t changed, beef and fish was ok but the beef was very chewy and fatty very disappointing. Wasted money on food which was poorly done. I couldn’t eat it made me feel ill. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello, are you sure you ordered from our takeaway? We don’t have any fish dishes. We can assure you that our ingredients are fresh and the beef is flank steak. If you are unhappy with the order, feel free to call us and we’ll give a refund in exchange for the food.

Absolutely shocking experience. I make an order for our family at 19.30 which gets accepted on just eat by Ruby Open Kitchen. I then receive a call from them nearly an hour and half later saying they are sorry but they have to cancel the order as I am too far away - only 10 minutes from my postcode to theirs. WHY accept the order and wait an hour and half to cancel it when we are expecting food. It is now nearly 9pm, the kids have school tomorrow so thanks so much for the unprofessional service. You even had the cheek to laugh when I said this is unprofessional and you have left us all with no food to eat tonight with it being our first night in our new home. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS!
