I recently ordered a couple chili cheese dogs and a banana split through Uber Eats from this location. I don't like pineapple sauce on the banana split so I thought probably they'll just give a little more chocolate and strawberry sauce well that wasn't the case there was very minimal chocolate or strawberry sauce. There was also very minimal whipped cream. The chili cheese dog is not what I remember from many years ago I did go to a different location but I definitely remember there being more chili on the hot dog. The ones I received had hardly any chili on them. It was a real disappointment. The one I remember having years ago the chili was on top of the hot dog weiner and there was a lot of it where these ones I just got had a little bit of chili on the one side of the bun and that was it, there was no chili on top of the wiener. The wieners they're using are quite big so I'm not sure if that's how they're getting around not having to use as much chili now I can't remember the size of the wieners years ago but obviously if it's a smaller wiener you're going to have more space to put something on top of that if the bun is large enough. If I happen to ever go in person to this location I'm definitely going to ask for more chili to be put on.

Staff is so rude, paid full for a dipped cone in a cup got charged as a sundae, and she did not dip it all the way as it was supposed to be fully covered like a dip cone. Asked her if she can cover it with the dip as that’s what I paid for she refused to and said she’ll charge me extra otherwise.

We just had to put a review for this DQ as my wife and I had a craving for a DQ banana split so we stopped at Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener. We met a very nice man working there named Brad and he answered a long queried question we had about Chocolate soft Ice cream being available in Canada, as my wife had it many times in the U.S but it was not available here. Brad told us why and that he actually carried it and it is starting to come to many locations, well my wife was giddy with joy and she got her special banana split with chocolate soft ice cream with chocolate sauce and the rest of the items found on a banana split. We would like to thank Brad very much for answering our question and about being so nice and easy to talk to and deal with, you should hire more people like him as we will definitely going back to this location because of Brad. Keep up the great service Brad and thank you :)
