Oriental chef is my go to for chinese food/chippy style. Ive never once had an issue with an order from here and ive ordered from here now for almost 5 years. The food is always delicious and piping hot when it arrives. But for me its that they actually pay attention to notes on orders for adaptations to food. I have severe ARFID so i cant eat specific food groups, and they are always very helpful in that regard. It is highly appreciated that a food place takes this into consideration as most places ignore notes on orders, but oriental chef does not. The lady who answers the phones (i leave a note then phone) is always very kind and considerate, she also doesnt rush me knowing i placed an online order. I find this very welcoming and it makes me even happier to spend money here. Lastly the delivery drivers are always kind and lovely too and even tell me to enjoy my meal. Big thank you to everyone at oriental chef for taking care and being kind and making great food!
