Amazing seafood restaurant that opened in the heart of Downtown. We were a little worried before arriving because they do not allow any photos to be shown on the Instagram tagged page and it was hard to gather info of the restaurant, but the service was beyond amazing and we had a great dinner experience. We were not big fans of caviar but we really enjoyed the caviar waffle as well as the caviar gelato! Hope they can also serve brunch in the future! Price per person: CAD 50–60 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Dined at this establishment this past weekend. Everything from the food and service was absolutely exceptional! Just as they described that everything that they do is deliberate.. you can truly experience it in your visit. We truly appreciated our server, Jared! Top notch service and attentive! We savoured every dish we ordered. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back again.! Price per person: CAD 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a fantastic experience at Osetra last night. It was our first time there, and the staff were immediately attentive and welcoming. Our server Jay did a fantastic job, and explained the menu in detail. He paired our courses perfectly and answered some questions we had about the amazing food, going so far as to bring one of the chefs to our table to get an in depth answer. Jay was very attentive to us, and we felt very taken care of. There is a limited amount of tables in this restaurant which allows more of a one-on-one service between your group and the server which I really liked. The food was outstanding, my two top favourites were the prawns and the lobster. The prawns were huge, and full of juicy flavours. The lobster was the reason I chose this restaurant and it did not disappoint, it melts in your mouth and has a fabulous flavour and texture. After our dinner, Jay surprised us with two birthday desserts as it was mine and my grandmothers birthday. The mango dessert and the chocolate dessert were absolutely outstanding and showcase their flavours well, you have to try them to experience it. Overall we had a great experience, and especially with our server Jay giving us great service. We will be back. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
