Worst shawarma I have ever had.... I am a big fan of osmow's shawarma, and I used to have once or twice every week, and this branch seems like they are using different recipe... first, I ordered chicken on the rox with rice with extra hot and extra garlic sauce. When i tasted, it was plain with less salt, and rice was not smelled good. I just had two three spoon and said to the server it doesn't taste and smells usual, and she was arguing that everyone had the same food from morning and no one complained about it. I was so hungry and I traveled 20 minutes to get good food but what I got is so bat that I couldn't have another spoon. So I don't want to explain about it anymore and I ordered shawarma poutine and I paid for it as well... unfortunately, even the poutine was plain and tasteless without salt, but I got no options. I had one-third of it, and i couldn't eat that anymore, and i left the shop. The most annoying thing is that she kept asking while i was eating shawarma poutine about 'how does it taste' I got so angry but I didn't want to argue because there were so many customers around.. Please address the problem and serve good food to the customer I don't blame the osmow's because only this is the only branch that i had worst shawarma. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
