Very friendly and attentive staff. The wine was delicious, as was the food. Highlights for us were the lamb croquettes and the zucchini and beurre blanc. Order type: Dine in Price per person: €60–70 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend

This was my fourth visit to Otto, and unfortunately, also my worst. During my previous visits, I always felt genuinely welcomed by a warm, enthusiastic team. This time, however, the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. At the reception, I was greeted by a dark-haired hostess who may have been overwhelmed by the number of guests, but her manner felt extremely robotic and impersonal. The interaction lacked warmth and natural communication, which immediately affected the atmosphere. I chose Otto to celebrate my birthday with my partner, who is vegetarian. I wanted to order the Chef's Menu, while he had to order à la carte because it is not possible to order the chefs Menu if you are vegetarian. and then we were told that I could not have the Chefs Menu because this is intended to be shared. The explanation given was that having one guest order the tasting menu and the other order à la carte "doesn't work well for the kitchen." What made it even more disappointing is that I visited Otto alone about two years ago, ordered the Chef's Menu by myself without any issue, and had an unforgettable experience. Concerning the food, in this last visit, the food was nicely cooked, but extreme small portions and there was a big lack of information when it was served. The hospitality, flexibility, and overall atmosphere were completely different. Instead of feeling excited to celebrate a special occasion, I left feeling disappointed. The Otto I remembered was defined not only by excellent food but also by exceptional hospitality. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
