Am a regular customer but tonight they gave me old chips,they had been reheated and were sogy not crispy and dark showing they had been refried 100% what other short cuts are they taking, just got to the salt and pepper ribs same thing reheated or left overs from yesterday, they are normally good but tonight very bad Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered food and there was a long dark hair in my chow mein I took pictures and sent a complaint and they refused saying nobody there has hair like that. I looked back through reviews and saw more reviews stating hair in food. Wont go here again. Disgraceful Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really disappointed with my recent order. The woman on the phone was extremely rude for absolutely no reason and came across very unprofessional. The food then took ages to arrive, and when it finally did the quality was nowhere near as good as it used to be. Portion sizes were also very small for the price. It’s a shame because this place used to be decent, but unfortunately it seems to have really gone downhill. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
