Hi Lana, Unfortunately, this review leaves out some important context. Your group had been in the venue the previous day and there were issues with antisocial behaviour. The matter has been reported and the police are aware and dealing with it. When I approached you today, I asked whether you had any activities booked or whether you wanted to order any drinks. You said no. I then explained that, because of the issues the previous day, if you were not purchasing drinks or taking part in activities, you would need to leave. Despite saying you felt “super uncomfortable”, your group remained in the venue for around another 1 hour and 30 minutes after that conversation. Regarding tap water, we provide free tap water to customers where reasonably available, in line with licensing requirements. This does not mean a group can remain in the bar indefinitely without purchasing anything, particularly following the previous day’s incident. Thank you also for providing your name with the review. As the matter is already with the police, any relevant information will be passed on to them. We will not discuss the police matter further on a public review platform.
