Fantastic Brunch menu, 3 separate items all served perfectly. Great service. Busy vibe. Chef's kiss, we were able to purchase a bottle of the in house made hot sauce to take home. Whenever I'm in a unique place like pip, I always ask the servers or bartenders what they suggest. This trendy little spot in historic old Strathcona has a ton of personality. Have a seat behind the bar and ask Tanner to recommend you something. Today I had the pineapple mule, you can never go wrong there and you know it's tasty. He also recommended the Dutch baby for lunch. What an incredible brunch breakfast item. It's a great twist on a classic Benny but served on a pastry that reminds me of a large Yorkshire pudding.
