Hi Kev, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your kind words about our dough, the quality of our ingredients, and your recommendation. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the texture of the crust. We are constantly refining every detail to offer the best possible Neapolitan pizza experience. It means a lot to us that you consider us among the top three in Berlin, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. Grazie!
