What once was great has sadly been getting worse over the past year. I have experienced something wrong every time from here since the turn of 2021, including: missing items, stale cakes, one time a strange taste and customer service issues (noticed by myself and another). This was once my favourite place in Prestwich as a vegan and small business supporter but sadly no more. It is sad; I feel the customer focus has gone, replaced with ignorance and carelessness, and I cannot contribute to this business anymore. I am really sorry this has come to a negative review.

What a wonderful place! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Great veggie and vegan options and friendly staff. Lovely touch with the extra birthday treat. Our best meal out for ages! Thank you
