Patre provided the catering for my wife's 60th birthday and I was blown away by the quality and presentation of the food. Guests still talk about the buffet 2 months after the event. I'll just let the photographs speak for themselves. Very highly recommended for parties and events.

We came back from our Wedding ceremony to this Masterpiece, the Flatscape, grazing table. It truly blew us and all our guests away. It was an a amazing display and looked too good to eat but that only lasted a few minutes as our guests fought to fill their plates. I would thoroughly recommend Paitre to anyone wanting the WOW factor for their function. I can't thank you enough for making our big day beyond perfect. X

The food we ordered was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, full of flavour, and very well received by our guests. We were genuinely pleased with the quality and appearance of the grazing food. However, the communication was poor and ultimately left us disappointed. We had clearly requested and paid in advance for a dessert platter costing £120, as part of a total order of £445. On the day, she arrived without the dessert platter. When we questioned it, she said we hadn’t ordered desserts until she checked her emails at our house and saw that we had. She quickly pulled together a makeshift platter using fruit and shop bought brownies from Sainsbury’s, and even said she would refund the desserts portion of the order. We also went out ourselves and bought more desserts to make the display look more complete. After the party, we followed up regarding the refund, we weren’t asking for the full £120 back, just a fair refund for the missing dessert platter minus what she spent on the day. At first, there was no reply. When she eventually responded, she claimed she had supplied desserts and therefore wouldn’t issue a refund, despite previously admitting the mistake and offering one. After I replied, I received no further response, and it’s now been over two weeks. On reviewing our chat history, I also discovered that she had sent a very long and contradictory message, which she then deleted from the conversation, fortunately, I had taken a screenshot. It’s a real shame, because the food was genuinely lovely, but clear communication, reliability, and professionalism are just as important, especially when dealing with large bookings for special events. Sadly, this experience has made us feel we couldn’t book again or recommend her with confidence.

Thank you for your review however I would like to clarify that this matter was resolved at the time of your event, without disruption and with your full agreement. It is therefore disappointing to read a review which contains so many inaccuracies and false accusations and does not reflect what actually happened. We take great pride in our work, our reputation and our client relationships and would always rectify any issues, should they arise.
