SERVICE HERE IS HORRIFIC. MAJOR IMPROVEMENT NEEDED. STAFF HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH. ITS LIKE THE OWNER HAS TRIED TO CHEAP OUT ON WAGES, VERY SAD BECAUSE LOCATION IS GREAT, HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL. THE VAUXHALL BRANCH IS AMAZING. THIS ONE IS A BIG DOWNGRADE. SHISHA TAKES 1HR TO ARRIVE. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: £40–50

Hi Zac, thank you for your email. It is strange how a shisha can take one hour, as we had customers on the terrace who waited 7-10 minutes yesterday, which is acceptable as everything is prepared fresh. The staff are from different ethnic backgrounds, European and Asian, and English is not there first language (apologies if their English was not good enough), but rest assured they are all paid well and respected. The staff between both locations interchange, so the service should be the similar, apologies that you did not have the same experience as Vauxhall. You may have seen that there is a major renovation happening, and maybe there was a delay because of this, our apologies.

Just get drunk and you’ll enjoy the food. Also makes the 2 hour wait more bearable. Takes 30-45 minutes for a drink. Takes 1-1.5 hours for mediocre food, therefore if you’d like to spend triple the amount of money you should be on shitty foods then you’ve come to the right place. Waiter nice tho ;)
