A great way to support local and get ready made pastas. This one includes groceries so you can stock up on your favourite Italian food from sauces to charcuterie, snacks, drinks and more. There's a frozen section too. Reheat and serve! If pastries & sweets are your thing, check them out as well. The cashiers are ALWAYS so nice and helpful. They close at 6pm so make sure to grab your stuff early. One more notable plus is there are daily specials. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

We often go to Palma for their hot kitchen at lunch, we regularly pick up their refrigerated pastas, and have used their catering service numerous times. Every time I am happy but today they went above and beyond to accommodate us on very short notice for a family emergency. We have been screwed over in the past by DIFFERENT vendors so we were very worried when we called but they were so kind and accommodating. I know it may not always be possible but we truly appreciate them for their understanding. I highly recommend them for any occasion or even if you want a delicious lunch or dinner to make at home. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Went to my favourite location at queensway (as the staff are very nice ) It was closed today due to the store getting new freezes equipment (much needed as they always break down)
Called the Palma Kitchen to order my rolled pasta - and they would give me my regular monday discount for seniors; as it does not apply to future orders.
So I am being penalized because their queensway store is getting new freezer equipment and I cannot do a walk in to place an order at the location.
Better clarify what you mean by senior discount on your website!

Poor customer service
