My family and I had a wonderful dinner here. The food was very well seasoned and the portions were perfect. The waiters were very kind and attentive and gave clear explanations on the different curries. I would definitely recommend to come and eat here either for a dine in experience or for takeaway meal, you won't regret it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in

Four stars overall because I’ve been here several times over the years and had great food for the most part. Tonight was a little off however and more like a two star establishment sadly. I hope this was just a one-off exception that won’t be repeated. Poppadoms cooked in reasonably fresh oil : good. Mixed kebab starter - chicken kebab was fine, the meat kebab was very tough and almost inedible however. There was also fried onion and side salad but not much else - no sheesh kebab for example. Mint yoghurt sauce when requested came straight away - appreciated. Main courses: the paneer masala my friend had was unnaturally bright red, very sweet and not very pleasant- he was pretty disappointed. My chicken jalfrezi was also a bit weirdly red, not much in the way of fresh chili and definitely not the flavour I was expecting. Peshwari nan and garlic nan were difficult to tell apart and not up to usual standards (lacking in flavour). Vegetable rice was fine. Service great and friendly etc. Atmosphere is what it is for a high street curry provider - nothing amazing but perfectly pleasant. I’ve had many very enjoyable nights here so I’m hoping that tonight’s sub-standard fayre was just a blip. Please prove me right Panahar!
